✨ About The Role
- This position is fully remote and does not involve direct patient interaction.
- The LPN/LVN will be responsible for processing and communicating Commercial Prior Authorizations for pharmacy benefits.
- Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, processing cases, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- The role requires collaboration with physician office staff, customer service, and pharmacy operations departments.
- The candidate will also provide on-call after-hours support for urgent prior authorization requests.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Candidates must possess an unrestricted nursing license in their state of residence.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and patients.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
- Experience in managed care or health plan settings, as well as call center experience, is preferred.
