✨ About The Role
- The Health Coach Consultant will utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to engage and educate members about their health.
- This role involves facilitating effective health care decision-making and improving the quality of care for members.
- The consultant will be responsible for providing up-to-date health care information to help members understand their health problems and options.
- The position requires promoting healthy lifestyles to help lower personal health risks and prevent illness.
- The consultant will also make referrals to health and wellness programs as appropriate for members.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have an active unrestricted RN compact state licensure.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for experience in Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, or Oncology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Microsoft Word, is necessary for this role.
- Candidates should be open to working a start time of 9 am EST, with an 8-hour shift that includes every other weekend and 4 holidays per year.
- A willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire is expected.
