- This role involves ensuring accurate entry of orders and maintaining the security of the pharmacy.
- The pharmacist will verify orders entered by technician staff for accuracy and check for completeness of all labels and orders.
- Responsibilities include preparation and/or supervision of sterile IV drug products or solutions as required.
- The pharmacist will assist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs and must have knowledge of DEA and state law regarding controlled drug dispensing.
- The position requires providing evening, weekend, and holiday coverage during a scheduled rotation based on business needs.

- The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Indiana, active and in good standing.
- A Bachelor's of Science Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctorate of Pharmacy is required for this position.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize workflow are essential for success in this role.
- Experience in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, particularly in long-term care, will be beneficial.
