- The role involves providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing various inquiries.
- Responsibilities include answering calls related to benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements.
- The position requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via an ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted.
- Training will be provided, and the first six weeks will follow a set schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- The candidate must be willing to commute to the office in Blue Bell, PA, if remote work is not possible due to technical issues.
