- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN Licensure in Ohio or compact licensure.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, showcasing a solid foundation in nursing practices.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is preferred.
- Experience in discharge planning will be an advantage for applicants.
