- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in hospital settings.
- A successful applicant will possess at least 1 year of experience in Oncology, Transplant, Pediatrics, or Specialty Pharmacy.
- Candidates should have experience with electronic documentation and be comfortable using a keyboard for this purpose.
- The role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to assess complex health and social indicators impacting patient care.
- Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, will be preferred for this position.
