- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN license in the state of New York and their state of residence. - A minimum of 3 years of acute care experience as a registered nurse is required for this position. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment are essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare teams. - Experience in case management or a related field is preferred, particularly with a focus on patient advocacy and care coordination.
