✨ About The Role
- The Case Manager RN position is fully remote, allowing employees to work from any state, although most have an Illinois RN License.
- The role involves telephonic and face-to-face assessments, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities.
- RN Case Managers will develop proactive courses of action to enhance member wellness and outcomes.
- The position requires the use of clinical tools and data review to evaluate member needs and facilitate transitions to Aetna's programs.
- Compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures is a critical aspect of the job.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted Illinois RN licensure.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in med/surge, Emergency Department, or Telemetry is required.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- The successful individual will be willing to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a late shift requirement once a quarter.
- A holistic approach to patient care and the ability to assess complex health and social indicators is essential for this role.
