✨ About The Role

- The Nurse Case Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities.
	- This role requires conducting evaluations of members' needs and benefit plan eligibility.
	- The position involves up to 50% travel within Hamilton, Butler, or Clermont County.
	- The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
	- Care Managers will advocate for members who cannot advocate for themselves.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Ohio or a Compact license.
	- A minimum of 2 years of RN experience is required for this position.
	- Candidates should be self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
	- Being tech-savvy is essential, as the role involves using clinical tools and data review.
	- Strong communication and interviewing skills are necessary to engage with members effectively.
