- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN license in New Jersey.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in settings such as hospitals or home health is required.
- Candidates should possess strong assessment, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience in case management or discharge planning is preferred.
- The successful individual will be willing and able to travel 50 to 75% within Camden County and surrounding areas.
