✨ About The Role
- The RN Case Manager role is fully remote, allowing employees to work from any state, with a preference for Compact RN states.
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in the employee's time zone, with some flexibility in scheduling.
- The role involves telephonic and face-to-face assessments, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities for members.
- The RN will utilize clinical tools and data review to evaluate member needs and facilitate transitions to Aetna programs.
- The position requires collaboration with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to overcome barriers and achieve member goals.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN license and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years of acute hospital clinical experience as an RN is required, with experience in general medical, post-surgical, or ICU settings being preferred.
- Candidates with case management experience will have an advantage, particularly those with a Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to assess complex health and social indicators impacting care planning.
