✨ About The Role
- The Case Manager RN position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 7 am to 5 pm Arizona time.
- Responsibilities include telephonically assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities for members.
- The role involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized case management programs.
- The Case Manager will advocate for patients and promote quality, cost-effective outcomes while providing high levels of customer service.

- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN licensure in their state of residence and the ability to be licensed in non-compact states.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to effectively advocate for patients and engage with members.
- Experience with case management and a Case Manager Certification are preferred, indicating a deeper understanding of the role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suites is necessary for documentation and communication purposes.
