- The RN Case Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities.
- This role requires conducting evaluations of members' needs and available benefits through clinical tools and data review.
- The position involves working Monday through Friday, with occasional late shifts and weekend requirements.
- The RN will utilize interviewing skills to engage members and discern their health status and needs.
- Compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures is essential in this role.

- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN license, with the ability to work remotely from any state.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience as a registered nurse is required for this position.
- Candidates should possess strong telephonic communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in case management is preferred, along with a Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
- The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving health issues for members.
