✨ About The Role

- The Internal Investigations, Senior Analyst will support all aspects of Front Store Internal Investigations within the Asset Protection Central Investigations Team. - Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing POS exceptions within the Agilence application and leveraging it to initiate cases. - The role involves reviewing and validating POS data exceptions to generate theft and fraud cases. - The analyst will oversee the AP Tip program, which includes receiving and researching tip information and processing rewards. - The overall objective is to mitigate Front Store fraud and reduce shrink by identifying theft and procedural deficiencies.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of retail internal investigative experience, demonstrating a strong background in this field. - Proficiency in designing Exception-Based Reporting (EBR) is essential, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. - Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, which are crucial for identifying theft and fraud. - Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with various teams and management levels. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is important for success in this role.
