- The RN Case Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities for members.
- This role involves telephonic and face-to-face assessments to evaluate the medical needs of members and facilitate their overall wellness.

- Utilizing clinical tools and data review, the RN will evaluate member needs and benefit plan eligibility.

- The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse with active, current, and unrestricted RN licensure in their state of residence.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience as an RN is required for this position.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interviewing skills to engage members effectively and assess their health needs.
- Experience with case management and a holistic approach to patient care will be beneficial for success in this role.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including a late shift rotation, is essential for this position.
