✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading teams of nurses and behavior health professionals for care management in Indiana
- Oversees the assessment and evaluation of member’s needs to achieve and maintain an optimal wellness state
- Requires cross-departmental collaboration, conducting briefings, area meetings, and maintaining frequent contact with other managers
- Involves making decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives
- Part of Humana’s Driver Safety program and Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, with work from home requirements including specific internet speed and equipment
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 3+ years in Case Management, delivery of care for elderly or special needs populations, or in Medicaid and/or Medicare
- Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data trends with progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
- Holds an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and has 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Comfortable with up to 50-75% travel based on staff needs
