✨ About The Role
- Responsible for telephonically assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with members
- Develops proactive course of action to address medical needs of members and enhance overall wellness
- Integrates services, strategies, policies, and programs to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable
- Must be able to obtain multi-state RN licensures with expenses paid for by the organization
- Position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical practice experience
- Must have an active, current, and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm CST
- Skilled in case management and utilization management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
