⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will be a Virginia-licensed registered nurse with a current unencumbered license and experience in Care Management. - A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in physical or behavioral healthcare is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should have at least 5 years of management or clinical leadership experience, demonstrating their ability to lead teams effectively. - Strong communication skills are necessary, as the role requires interaction with both internal and external constituents. - The candidate should possess a nationally recognized case management certification or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
