✨ About The Role
- The Case Manager RN position is fully remote, allowing employees to work from any state.
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm EST, with no weekend work required.
- The role involves telephonic and face-to-face assessments to evaluate members' medical needs.
- The RN will utilize clinical tools and data to assess member needs and facilitate transitions to Aetna’s programs.
- The position requires a holistic approach to assess the need for referrals to clinical resources for assistance.

- The ideal candidate will have an active and unrestricted RN licensure in their state of residence.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, particularly in med/surge, is required for this role.
- Candidates should possess strong telephonic communication skills to effectively engage with members.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is essential.
- The successful applicant will be proactive in developing courses of action to enhance member wellness.
