- Experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager with a proven track record of managing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care
- Strong understanding of organizational policies, nursing standards, and regulations to effectively interpret and implement them in a healthcare setting
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the unit to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to assist with patient examinations and address any questions or concerns effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare facility, with a focus on making a positive impact on patient outcomes
