✨ About The Role
The Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
They will address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administer medications and treatments, and document patient history and care given
The role involves assessing learning needs, providing education to patients and family members, and identifying resources
The Nurse will be expected to utilize critical thinking skills, develop specific plans of care, implement patient care procedures, and evaluate patient responses to treatment
They will also be responsible for ensuring patient safety, promoting a safe environment, providing evidence-based nursing care, and communicating patient information effectively across the continuum of care

Proven experience as a Nurse with at least 5-8 years in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to provide routine and complex care independently
Ability to assess and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families effectively
Strong knowledge of nursing process, medication administration, patient education, and documentation
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred, along with a current RN License in the state of employment or compact
Experience in ensuring patient safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations
