- The Registration Associate will be responsible for communicating with patients and families to gather necessary information for registration.
- This role involves verifying insurance information to ensure quality patient care and proper payment of hospital accounts.
- The associate will collaborate with the Appeals department to address and overturn claims denials.
- Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks such as scheduling, chart creation, charge entry, and point-of-service collections.
- The position requires working various shifts, including weekdays and weekends, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in registration or a related clinical discipline.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred.
- Candidates with certifications such as Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) or Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) will be favored.
- Familiarity with patient registration systems and insurance verification processes is essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
