- The Registration Associate will coordinate daily scheduling of patient appointments for medical procedures.
- The position involves extensive interaction with physicians, diagnostic staff, office staff, and patients via phone, fax, and email.
- The role requires independent handling of a wide range of scheduling duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration with team members is essential to provide quality service and support safe patient care.
- The work schedule includes day shifts from Monday to Saturday, with specific hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

- The ideal candidate should have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy.
- A successful applicant will have completed a course in medical terminology or possess equivalent experience.
- Candidates with at least one year of experience in clinical scheduling or an approved externship program are preferred.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, particularly for Radiology, is advantageous.
- The role requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
