- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of RN experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing practices.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, indicating a commitment to advanced education in the field.
- The candidate should possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Georgia or through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment, showcasing the need for immediate readiness.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification is expected within the first year of employment.
