- The Process Improvement Intern will assist in answering fundamental questions related to quality improvement within the organization. - The intern will support the facilitation of quality improvement initiatives and help teams utilize various improvement tools. - Responsibilities include developing and delivering educational content to enhance team capabilities in quality improvement. - The role involves supporting the development of process and outcome measures, as well as measurement planning and statistical analysis. - The intern will engage in clinical data reporting, particularly focusing on Hospital Acquired Conditions (HAC).
