✨ About The Role

- The Assistant Nurse Manager will work under the direction of the manager to facilitate daily operations, including patient flow and staffing assignments. - The position requires a schedule of 36 hours per week, consisting of 2 administrative shifts and 1 clinical shift. - The work shift is variable, with start times at 7:00 AM and end times at 7:00 PM. - The role is based out of Arthur M. Blank Hospital and Children's Scottish Rite Hospital. - The candidate will be responsible for promoting a healthy work environment and ensuring safe patient care.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in patient care and healthcare operations. - A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, indicating a strong educational background in nursing. - Candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Nurse at levels 3-5 or in management/administrative roles within a healthcare setting will be preferred. - The successful applicant will possess strong leadership skills to facilitate daily operations and promote a healthy work environment. - A commitment to safe patient care and effective staffing assignments is essential for this role.
