- Experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years in a psychiatric facility, dedicated to providing exceptional direct care and support to patients
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, with a current license to practice in Illinois
- Skilled in assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to the development and implementation of tailored goals and interventions
- CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training required within 30 days of employment
