- Deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment
- Assess, communicate, and document residents' status accurately
- Supervise daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants
- Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
- Recognize and prevent elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, reporting as per state regulations
âš¡ Requirements
- Ideal for a compassionate nurse with a current LPN or RN license and CPR certification
- Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years of nursing experience, preferably working with the elderly
- Ability to accurately assess, communicate, and document residents' status
- Must be dedicated to assisting others and take pride in delivering nursing care in a warm and comfortable environment
- Experience in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation is highly desirable
