✨ About The Role
- Oversee hiring, training, and managing of the community care team at Nashua Crossings
- Serve as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers
- Assure compliance with all resident care related regulations such as medication management, resident assessments, and care plans
- Document and provide accurate record-keeping as appropriate
- Represent Benchmark Senior Living with pride and knowledge to educate outside groups and organizations
âš¡ Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a care setting, preferably in an Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice setting
- Knowledge of Dementia care is a plus
- Ability to assure compliance with all resident care related regulations and demonstrate personal/resident safety methods and procedures
- Strong communication skills to serve as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers
- Experience in overseeing hiring, training, and managing a community care team
