- Must be a fully licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with the ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work
- Experience as an Infection Preventionist or certification in this area is preferred
- Ability to train and develop nursing staff to provide competent and compassionate care to patients
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents' family members in a patient and professional manner
- Skilled in providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants
