- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of RN work experience, with at least 12 months in an Observation or Progressive Care Unit.
- Candidates must possess BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire, demonstrating their commitment to patient safety and care.
- Successful applicants will be able to self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month, indicating flexibility and adaptability in their work schedule.
- The role requires strong assessment and evaluation skills to formulate and implement effective patient care plans.
