- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with established policies and standards.
- The RN will be responsible for formulating care plans that address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
- The role includes direct patient care as well as coordination and supervision of other healthcare team members.
- Documentation of patient care activities must be timely and accurate, reflecting the quality of care provided.
- The RN will participate in both virtual and in-person training during the orientation week, which is a full-time commitment.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of RN work experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in nursing practices.
- Candidates should possess at least 12 months of recent experience specifically in the Emergency Department, indicating familiarity with high-pressure medical environments.
- A strong commitment to patient care and the ability to assess and respond to diverse patient needs is essential for success in this role.
- The successful applicant will be required to hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, showcasing their preparedness for emergency situations.
- Flexibility in scheduling is important, as the role requires self-scheduling for a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
