- This position involves working in the Emergency Departments at both the Tucson and South Tucson campuses of Banner Health. - The role requires the ability to handle a high volume of patients, as the Tucson campus sees around 220 patients daily. - The Emergency Department at the Tucson campus is a Level 1 Trauma Center, which necessitates a high level of clinical expertise and readiness. - Orientation for new hires is a full-time, week-long commitment, including both virtual and in-person training. - The job offers the opportunity to work in a diverse patient population, providing a rich learning experience in emergency medicine.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of RN work experience, with a minimum of 12 months in the Emergency Department. - Candidates must possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS to ensure they are prepared for emergency situations. - A flexible schedule is essential, as the role requires self-scheduling for a minimum of 2 shifts per month at various locations. - Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. - A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and orientation is crucial for success in this role.
