RN Operations Support Specialist (ROSS) Pediatric Service Line At Banner Children's Medical Center At Desert

Banner Children's at Desert is our state-of-the-art facility featuring 206 beds, specially trained nurses and doctors and providing family-centered care. Banner Children's at Desert was designed "Through the Eyes of a Child," meaning it has all the comforts of home and does not feel institutional. The hospital is meant to inspire healing, learning and imagination. Our state-of-the-art Level 1 Trauma facility consists of 24 beds General Pediatrics unit, 24 beds for PICU-CVICU unit, 24 beds Inpatient Oncology unit, Children's Blood and Cancer Center and Outpatient Treatment Center. We provide a multidisciplinary team of experts including board-certified physicians, advanced specialty practice nurses, social workers, child life specialists, music therapist, nutritionists, and other health care professionals supporting the care of our patients and families.

As the RN Operations Support Specialist (ROSS) Pediatric Service Line at Banner Children's Medical Center at Desert, you will have the opportunity to support the onboarding and orientation of our pediatric clinical team. You will also support staff development, clinical specialty skills pathway, quality care, risk management, safety and nursing standards, and lead department clinical practice implementation. The ROSS role is integral in supporting our team members and the leadership team in providing the highest standard of care possible for our pediatric patients.
