- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies.

- The ideal candidate will have current RN licensure in the state of practice and relevant lactation certifications such as IBCLC, CLC, CBC, or CBS.

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Experience in a Women and Infant Services (WIS) environment is preferred, indicating familiarity with the specific needs of postpartum care.
