✨ About The Role
- This position involves providing comprehensive emergent and critical care to patients before and during transport to hospital facilities.
- The Flight RN will work with experienced flight medical crews and will be stationed in Northern Colorado.
- The job requires the ability to work in confined spaces and during potentially adverse environmental conditions.
- The RN will be responsible for independently assessing patients and intervening with medications and procedures to achieve maximum outcomes.
- The role includes completing annual education requirements and maintaining flight duty weight of less than 230 lbs.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in Critical Care Nursing, specifically in ICU, MICU, SICU, or NICU settings.
- Candidates should possess a current, valid RN license in the state of hire, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and BLS required upon hire.
- Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to work independently and assess patients effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with health team members and interacting with various external contacts, including EMS and hospitals.
- The role requires the ability to perform advanced medical procedures, so candidates must have appropriate training and competency validations.
