- The RN will coordinate care for the cardiothoracic team, including managing surgeries, diagnostic testing, and patient education.
- This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no rotating shifts, nights, or weekends.
- The role includes overseeing quality, risk management, and nursing standards while serving as a resource for staff.
- The RN will determine staffing needs and facilitate communication between departments to ensure continuity of care.
- Participation in the evaluation process and contributing to national nursing quality indicators is expected.
