- The RN Clinical Support Analyst I will support clinical operations for the Banner Health Ambulatory and Acute services team.
- This role involves providing informatics expertise and resources for various clinical areas.
- The analyst will serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to communicate user needs and facilitate system optimization.
- Responsibilities include performing user acceptance testing and participating in solution evaluation to enhance clinical care delivery.

- The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for earlier or later hours and weekends as needed.

- The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and have an active RN license.
- A minimum of two to three years of experience in a complex healthcare setting is required.
- Proficiency in system office applications and a basic understanding of integrated clinical systems are essential.

- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in nursing informatics is preferred, along with the ability to promote change among large groups.
