- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and developing a budget, staff development, selection, onboarding, and retention of new staff.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care management is essential, as demonstrated through relevant clinical management experience.
- The candidate should possess critical thinking, communication, influence, decision-making, analytical, and flexibility skills to make optimal decisions based on multiple variables and desired outcomes.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
