As a Registered Nurse Wound Care/Ostomy you will get the opportunity to be a part of a dedicated, close-knit team that does consults and treatment in a Level I Trauma Facility. The WOCN or CWS certificate is required. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no weekends, call, or holiday requirements. Scheduling is flexible between 4-10s or 5-8s.
The Wound Care/Ostomy Department, our proven treatment heals chronic and acute wounds. You'll get the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team, working with the latest in equipment and technology. We are looking for someone who can both work autonomously and self-directed while balancing that with working on a team.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position applies specialized knowledge to assess, develop, implement, and develop patient care plans for a specific patient population. Integrates specialized knowledge into patient and staff education, consultation, and coaching to enhance and develop patient care for a specialized patient population.
