	- Nurses will be responsible for formulating care plans that consider the physical, cultural, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
	- The job includes direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities.
	- Documentation of patient care and nursing interventions must be timely and accurate, reflecting the patient's response to treatment.
