Our Surgical PCU is a fast-paced, 24 private bed PCU/IMCU unit that cares for a wide variety of adult and geriatric medical and surgical patients. Our unit is certified and trained to take stable vented patients awaiting long term care placement. As a Surgical PCU RN you will have ample opportunity to build a wide variety of skills, including but not limited to the management of insulin drips, heparin drips, and non titratable cardiac drips, wound care, enteral care, ostomy care, tracheostomy care, the management of multiple types of drains, and Foley management and education. Our MOSU PCU team provides many opportunities for education, process/quality improvement, and inter-professional collaboration in a challenging, fast-paced, and team oriented environment.
Full-time: 36 hours per week, 3 12-Hour Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PM
Must be available to work Holidays/Weekends
