- A current RN license is required, along with at least five years of recent experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience in Women's Services, Emergency Department, or critical care is preferred, indicating a well-rounded clinical background.
- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, with at least two years of experience applying these principles in educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively training and onboarding new staff members.
