As an RN Resource Team you will be part of a team providing exceptional patient care at Banner Gateway Medical Center. This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), patient transports, dispatch, and data analysis. Several employee groups report to this department, including clinical positions such as RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and Resource Team (RNs, NAs, PCAs, HUCs, and BHTs) plus non-clinical roles such as Office Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, Dispatchers, Placement Reps, and Information Specialists.

In your role as a Registered Nurse with the Resource Team, you will work on PCU, Med/Surg, and Observation at Banner Gateway Medical Center. Opportunity to work 3x12-hour shifts, Night Shift (7:00PM-7:30AM) with weekend rotations. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential. As an added bonus, Float Pool RN's also enjoy an additional $3/hour float incentive on top of base pay.
