- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards. - The role requires working night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with opportunities for weekend and night shift differentials. - The RN will support all inpatient units within three hospitals, with the majority of shifts at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. - The job includes formulating and revising care plans based on patient assessments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. - Documentation of patient care and progress is a critical responsibility, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
