- The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients.
- The RN will float between departments based on patient and business needs, gaining experience in multiple units.
- The role includes formulating a plan of care that considers the physical, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of patients.
- The RN will be responsible for direct patient care and the coordination of activities of the healthcare team.
- The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and additional float pay for Resource Team members.

- The ideal candidate should have acute care experience in Emergency Department (ED) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within the last 12 months.
- Candidates should be willing to train and gain experience in a second service line if they have experience in either ED or PCU.
