	- Candidates must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
	- A flexible schedule is essential, as the role requires self-scheduling a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including at least one weekend.
	- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with a diverse patient population and collaborate with healthcare teams.
