Established in 1984, Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is a full-service, non-profit, hospital committed to providing quality health care to the Casa Grande Valley as well as the surrounding areas in a caring and compassionate environment. This facility offers a 43-bed Progressive Care with a patient-centered, family-oriented core staff caring for a variety of medical, surgical and cardiac patients. The PCU has the capacity to monitor up to 75 patients via remote telemetry and is reinforced by a centralized telemetry monitoring station.

As a Registered Nurse with the PCU, you will play a key role in managing the health of our population by working collaboratively and proactively to ensure coordinated patient care. You'll experience a team oriented, supportive environment with a hometown feel. Opportunity to work 3x12s, Night Shift (7:00PM - 7:30AM). You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.
