- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- The role requires the formulation of care plans that consider the physical, cultural, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
- Nurses will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and reporting any abnormal results to physicians and other caregivers.
- The job includes working full-time day shifts, with a schedule of 3-12 hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
- The position offers a $15K sign-on bonus, contingent upon a 24-month commitment.
