As a PCU Float Nurse, you will work on all PCU/Telemetry units at Banner University Medical Center, which includes cardiovascular progressive care and neurological trauma progressive care. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program!

Full-Time Available, Days Available!!! Work 3 /12-hour shifts a week (7:00AM - 7:30PM). Holiday and weekend availability is required. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18% /hour night shift differential and a flat rate $3.00/hour weekend shift differential when applicable. As an added bonus, RN's on the Resource Team receive a $3.00/hour float incentive on top of base pay.
